SNOW????

Well, we moved to Oregon to get away from the crazy climate in Idaho, and what happens???? It snows! Sheesh! I guess that's what I get for complaining about the weather in Idaho. LOL.

Our move has gone smoothly so far. The trip that once (oh, so long ago before we had kids) took 13 hours (with kids it takes 15-16) took us a whopping 17.5 hours! The moving truck had a hard time with the passes in Oregon, slowing to 30-45 MPH on the hills. Dave says there must have been a governor placed on the truck to keep people from pushing the truck too hard.
At any rate, we arrived to my parent's house safe and sound. The kids (and us) are thrilled to be out of the car. We had a warm welcome in our new ward (my home ward). We even get to speak in Sacrament meeting next sunday! Wow, they don't even have our records yet and they're already putting us to work. LOL.
We will be moving into our new apartment tomorrow morning. I'll update y'all on our address and phone number soon. I'd better go and make sure the kids are alright. We hope to hear from everyone soon! We love you all, and miss you already.

Glad you got here safely! Didn't you love that snow in April? We thought that was a little on the weird side too...Brentwood Apartments!!! They look really nice from what I've seen of them--do you like your place? I'll have to come see it soon! And Ayden's coming tomorrow, so you're welcome to come visit us! I'll make sure to put you on the call list, but what number should I use? Your parents' home phone? Email me and let me know, ok?

Oh were glad you guys got there safe! Too bad it took so long! Tell your family hi! Good luck with everything! How exciting! Oh and the way we keep in contact with my family is through phone calls and of course the webcam!! We talk to my family every week and they have a picture book of them with each memeber of the family (both sides)! They love it!

I'm so glad you guys made it safe. We miss you! Isaac is so sad and confused about the whole idea that Andrew isn't coming to primary anymore. I have a funny story I'll have to email you when I sit down at my computer for more than 5 seconds.
